The Offline Reset · Broken Bow, Oklahoma
Women's faith & wellness retreats at Emerald Vista Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma — a technology-free weekend to put down your phone, step away from the to-do lists, and just be.
Emerald Vista Retreats was created for women from all walks of life — the busy moms, the dreamers, the doers, the caregivers, and the women who spend so much time showing up for everyone else that they sometimes forget to show up for themselves. Every weekend is built on three simple things:
A few intentional moments of quiet can calm the body, quiet the noise, and give our minds that much-needed reset. Meditation and peaceful reflection run through the whole weekend — and with phones put away, the quiet can actually find you.
Every meal is vegetarian and cooked by Carolina, shared around the long table — coffee, herbal teas, and infused water flowing all weekend — and the deeper nourishment of connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter, and moments that feel light. Wellness can be fun, refreshing, and filled with joy — never intimidating or overly serious.

No packed schedules and nothing to perform. A retreat weekend at Emerald Vista breathes — here's how it usually unfolds:
Settle into the cabin and meet the women you'll share the weekend with. Phones go away, the drive falls away, and the evening ends the way evenings here want to — around the fire pit, getting to know each other.
Morning meditation as the pines wake up, then a hike on the trails through the pines, nourishing meals, the Mandala Reset, and unhurried porch conversation — then a soak in the hot tub and Release & Receive around the fire.
One last slow morning and Carolina's closing meditation, Coming Home — then head home lighter, refreshed, and a little more connected to yourself.

Founder of Emerald Vista Retreats. Mom of two. Woman of faith. Wellness enthusiast. And a big believer that sometimes the best thing we can do is simply slow down.
Hi, I'm Carolina!
As a Christian, a mom of two, and a longtime student of mindfulness and wellness, I've developed a deep appreciation for the incredible connection between our minds, bodies, and spirits.
I believe in the beautiful simplicity of meditation — how a few intentional moments of stillness can calm the body, quiet the noise, and give our minds that much-needed reset. I'm equally passionate about nourishing our bodies with wholesome, healthy foods and embracing the power of our thoughts and words to shape how we experience the world around us.
But here's something else I believe: wellness doesn't have to be complicated, intimidating, or overly serious. It can be fun, joyful, refreshing, and filled with laughter!
That's the heart behind Emerald Vista Retreats.
I created this special experience for women from all walks of life — the busy moms, the dreamers, the doers, the caregivers, and the women who spend so much time showing up for everyone else that they sometimes forget to show up for themselves.
Nestled in the peaceful beauty of Emerald Vista Cabin, our retreat is an invitation to put down your phone, step away from the endless to-do lists, unplug from the everyday hustle, and just BE.
Through thoughtfully planned activities, meditation, nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter, and moments of peaceful reflection, my hope is that every woman leaves feeling lighter, refreshed, inspired, and a little more connected to herself.
Because sometimes, reconnecting with yourself starts with disconnecting from everything else.
Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed.
With love, Carolina

Each retreat is a small circle of women and a whole cabin held just for you. Retreat weekends are reserved directly by the owners on the cabin's calendar. When a weekend appears here, those dates are already held for the retreat. Retreats stay small. Each weekend is planned for six to nine women and never takes more than nine, and a weekend still runs with five guests. Pricing depends on the room you choose.
When a retreat weekend is announced, it shows up here with its dates, what's included, and how many spots are open.
Reserve right here on the site. Your spot is confirmed the moment your deposit lands, and you will see your confirmation page right away. Emerald Vista Retreats receives your details and dietary notes with your reservation. Spots are per person; pricing depends on your room: a private king suite, the cozy nook, or a shared bunk-room spot.
The cabin is held for the retreat on the owners' calendar — no rental guests, no rush. Just arrive, exhale, and be there.

Yes. Every guest accepts our liability waiver when she books, and you can read the full text first, with no booking started: . It covers the trails, the hot tub, and the fire pit. Please read it properly before your weekend.
Life happens, so here is how it works. Your 50% deposit holds your spot and is not refundable as cash. If you cancel 30 days or more before the weekend, anything you paid beyond the deposit comes back to you, and the deposit becomes a credit toward a future weekend, good for 12 months. Inside 30 days, payments are not refunded, but you can transfer your spot to a friend free at any time, and you get one free date change to a future weekend when you ask 14 or more days ahead. If another guest takes your spot, everything you paid becomes a credit instead. We plan each weekend for six or more guests. At 14 days before the weekend starts, if fewer than five guests are booked, we may cancel the weekend for low enrollment. We will email every booked guest by that deadline if we cancel. If we have not emailed a low enrollment cancellation by that deadline, the weekend will run as planned. If we cancel, whether for low enrollment or for any other reason, we will refund everything you have paid, in full. If you do not arrive, or leave early, payments are not refunded. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
